Earlier this week, in an effort to open up a little more sunlight to the garden, we trimmed a large branch of one of our many honey locust trees. Today wood processing has begun. The beautiful colors and contrast of the heart wood and sap wood have been a huge hit at the markets and thankfully we will have a replenished stock of natural edge and salad bowls, big and small when they are finished curing next year.
