A bitter sweet thank you.

We wanted to thank everyone for the amazing first year at the Saline Farmers Market. Anna and I never thought we would sell as many bowls as we did, which is why unfortunately this weekend was our last farmers market of the season.

A lot of you who have been to our booth have seen our how it’s made poster outlining the year long process it takes to make a bowl (we'll post the link to a short video for those who haven’t). Because of all of the sales and how long it takes for a bowl to dry, we’re out of stock for the year as far as the natural, food safe bowls we carry at the market.

We have had an amazing first season in the community and met so many awesome people. We are grateful for the support from the community, a few in which have offered up wood from trees they had cut down. With all the wood from the community in addition to our normal sourcing, we have a huge selection of black walnut, elm, honey locust, maple and cherry coming for next year’s farmers market season.

We will be selling our artistic pieces in Ann Arbor at the Sunday market once a month to the end of the year still. We are also planning on being at atleast one indoor farmers market towards the holidays with a mix of smaller natural pieces that people love as gifts and pieces from our decorative collection.

Tomorrow (Saturday 8/22) we will be selling at the Saline Farmers Market. We’re down to our last couple big salad bowls but managed to do a limited run of 14in platters and 9in plates. Much like the hotcakes they look like, they’re going to sell fast so come check them out from 8am-noon.

Tomorrow (Saturday July 25th) we will be set up at the Saline Farmers Market. Although we are running low on stock of big salad bowls for the season, we’re excited to bring some new oak platters and plates to join our recently added flat work. We still have plenty of medium and mini bowls as well.
