Celebrate the longest night of the year with a soulful yoga practice and our little yoga community. This special IN-PERSON practice in celebration of the Winter Solstice will feature a balance of vinyasa and yin. Sun salutations will warm up the body, and long holding postures will help us release old vibrations. We will conclude our practice with a sound bathed savasana."

Just a few days short of 11 months ago, a car ran into the front corner of Hoover Street Studio, causing significant damage to the exterior and the interior of the building lobby. With some temporary repairs, we were able to reopen a few days later, but there were endless delays for the major repairs, which were finally completed this week (all except for some exterior painting that will wait for warmer weather). Tonight, we rehung the blinds and the neon light, just in time for Fusion Cafe. It has been a long, painful process and we are very happy it is over.

Hoover Street Studio is open! This is a great time to get new classes started! Most of the state COVID restrictions have been lifted, but we are keeping rental rates low to help new classes get started.
