For our final spotlight we have the two creative masterminds themselves, our co-directors and choreographers Natasha Rodriguez and Matt Zide! 🎬🕺🏻💃

Natasha is a junior from Miami majoring in Musical Theatre with minors in Musical Theatre Composition and Performing Arts Management. When asked what drew her to Matilda, Natasha shared “One of the reasons Matt & I chose MATILDA is because we believe college is the quintessential chapter of life to pay your inner child a visit, and let them know you’re doing alright.” 💕

Matt, also from Miami, is a senior Interarts major minoring in Performing Arts Management. We are thrilled to have Matt back on our team again after his brilliant work choreographing in last semester’s production of The Hunchback of Notre Dame! Matt thinks people should come see Matilda “because they have never seen dancing quite like it before! We have created an entirely new style for the show and each number continues to top itself. I guarantee you will be out of breath just watching from the audience!” 🪩
