CHAIR OFF REGISTRATION HAS BEGUN!

Ever want to get faster at what you do? If you flip furniture or are just starting out learning upholstery as a way to make more money, getting faster at doing a great job means more money in your pocket, and more work you can squeeze into your year!

Chair Off was designed to help you develop consistent production practices to help you get better and faster at turning over projects, while improving your technical skills.

In this competition 12 teams will compete to design and implement their own creative ideas and technical skills to 12 identical chairs.

Registrants can bring one friend FREE to help them move through their project faster.

No experience is necessary but I will say this weekend competition is designed for people who currently do this or are looking to do this professionally.

Just $500 for the 3 Day weekend. You must book your own accommodations.

There are 4 competitions lined up for 2027. The winner of each competition will compete against eachother by taking what they learned during their Chair Off and creating a complimentary piece to their winning project from their home workspaces. Register now! Let me know if you need the link!

We are only 20 minutes into our swap event today and are already down to just 3 pieces of costumes. Over 2 weeks we only recieved one donation of costumes from one person. This morning we are getting all kinds of excited kids coming through but no costumes to offer them. If you have any old costumes laying around, please bring them to the studio before 4 today. the earlier the better. these kids are pretty bummed out.

All things can be used for good and evil. Currently we have never before had more democratic access to eachother, information, education, and the tools needed for us to amplify our intentions for the world. We reap what we sow. If You could change the world solely based on the content you contribute to the internet, what would you create and how would that change how you currently contribute to and use the internet?

LEARN UPHOLSTERY
FROM HOME

ZOOM CLASSES!

If you ever tried to learn something from a pre-recorded tutorial and found it too hard to follow, might I suggest LIVE Zoom support? The LullCo Upholstery Club meets twice a week for now, but in the near future we will meet briefly on a daily basis. This is for you to get help with your projects while you work! This is especially helpful if you need help with a tricky technical skill, or would love your questions answered in real time wile you work. Or if you need to body double and have someone help you keep your head in the game.

My Zoom subscription is $5/month for now for 2 days a week. 2 hours each day. The price will however be going up to $15/a month for these looking for daily check ins.

Bring your project. I think you might be surprised what you can learn from a screen.
