Let’s talk about shipping pottery and glass. I have included part of a post that came from Google condensing recommendations from UPS, UDPS etc. We do occasionally pack and ship from our shop but we prefer not to. Properly packing takes time and lots of good packing materials. Certain UPS pack and ship stores are great and lots of them are terrible ! The vase I received was stunning and terribly wrapped! Insurance reimbursement was not adequate or fair. Each piece needs 2” of bubble wrap around EACH piece! Double box! Thoughts?? (Corning NY UPS store is outstanding and we have shipped very fragile and expensive items from there, but it’s expensive)
What is the best shipper? Fed Ex?
