Dutch Collective stepped up in a big way for TANL's Designer Purse BINGO.

They donated a $250 tattoo gift certificate, along with a gift bag filled with hair products and a gift certificate for a free haircut for our raffle.

Support like this helps make our events even more meaningful while raising funds to serve children entering foster care across Indiana.

Two years.

That’s how long she’s lived on my canvas.

She has been painted over.
Changed.
Softened.
Boldened.
Scraped back down.
Reimagined.

There were seasons where I loved her.
There were seasons where I couldn’t even look at her.

Her hair has been three different colors. Her skin has shifted tones. Her expression has held more stories than I originally planned for her. She started as an idea… and somewhere along the way she became a timeline.

Of learning.
Of doubting myself.
Of growing.
Of coming back to the canvas anyway.

She isn’t perfect.
But she’s finished.

And if I’m honest, she feels like proof that growth doesn’t happen in a straight line — it happens in layers.

Thanks for sticking with me, girl. ❤️

If you need a specific time for Justin, text him at 317-731-8263. A small deposit will be required to hold your timeslot if you schedule in advance, and that will come off the price of your tattoo.

What will you get when you sit in this chair? 🤔
• A dual licensed barber/cosmetologist with 26 years of experience
• A safe and inclusive space
• A consultation to determine exactly what we're doing. If you have pictures of hair you like, show them to me! I love pictures!
• Good conversation! Honestly, talking to my clients is almost my favorite part of my job. However, I do know that not everyone wants to chat while they're getting a haircut and that's totally fine too! I'm a pretty good judge of the ✨vibe ✨ so I'll pick up on it if you're not in the mood to talk.
• Tons of experience with kids! I have 4 of my own and 3 grandkids, coupled with 26 years of experience in the shop. I've experienced it all when it comes to littles! Small kids, boys in particular, usually hate getting haircuts until they're about 4 or 5. I will talk to your kids, show them my tools, turn on my clippers so they can hear how they sound before we start, press the back of them to my own hand and show them how it vibrates and might tickle, and even show them on their own hand if they're willing. They can play on a phone or device while I cut their hair, they can eat a snack, honestly I'm willing to do whatever it takes to make them feel comfortable. You never have to apologize for how your child reacts to haircuts. I will build a relationship of trust with them over time and soon the haircut scaries will be a thing of the past!
• Tons of experience with neurodivergent and special needs kids/clients. I understand the issues and sensitivies that can sometimes be present and will cater the haircut experience to your/your child's particular needs. My shop is also wheelchair accessible, and if need be, it is absolutely no problem for me to cut hair while my client sits in their own chair.

And finally, when you sit in this chair you will get a good haircut at a reasonable price with a barber you can trust. 💈
