๐ Member Spotlight: Welcome Chef Felicia Grady!
We are thrilled to welcome our newest member, Chef Felicia Grady, an accomplished executive chef, entrepreneur, and culinary educator whose passion for food and community impact has shaped an inspiring career.
Chef Felicia is the founder of Plate it Up Catering, established in 2019, where she creates memorable culinary experiences while mentoring the next generation of food professionals. Expanding her impact even further, she launched the Children's Culinary Workshop in 2022, inspiring young chefs to explore creativity, confidence, and opportunity through the culinary arts.
Since 2017, Chef Felicia has served as both an Instructor and Proctor for ServSafe, demonstrating her commitment to food safety, industry excellence, and professional development.
In September 2024, she published her award-winning cookbook, It's a Party in My Mouth, Let's Eat!!!, which received the Best Cookbook Award from the American Writing Awards.
Chef Felicia was also honored as Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation, where she currently serves as Secretary on the Board, continuing to elevate the culinary profession. She is the founder of the Tasty Teen Collective, a proud member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and contributes her leadership on several community boards.
Further highlighting her culinary leadership, Chef Felicia served as a Judge for the World Food Championships in Indianapolis in November 2024.
With a career defined by innovation, mentorship, and a love for food, Chef Felicia remains dedicated to uplifting her community and sharing her culinary expertise across every platform she touches.
We are excited to welcome her to InerG Impact and look forward to the creativity, leadership, and inspiration she brings to our community.
