Yesterday we had the privilege of attending a very special birthday party. 27 children were there and the ponies and Miss Freckles were happy to give lots of rides. Happy Birthday Princess!

We had a beautiful time riding ponies through all the flowers at “In the Garden” in Pittsburg last Saturday. So many precious smiles!

Star is getting her spa treatment so she’ll be beautiful for the parade. She loves a soapy shower.

We had a brief heavy rain right before the Jesse James parade. It made it so nice and cool for the event.

About 3 years ago I rescued Chance from the kill pen. He was abused, hungry and sick. He had strangles real bad and his face was paralyzed. After medicine, daily shots and many vet trips, he recovered. As a healthy horse he was too much of a horse for me to ride. With the help of a good friend, he has found his home and riding companion with the perfect horse woman. Look at him now. So proud of you boy. Thank you ladies for believing in him.

Thank you Elayne and Toby for providing pony rides. Your surprise visit to northwest Arkansas was a real treat for my grandkids.

We helped celebrate Juneteenth at EastTown Dreams District in Joplin yesterday. They didn’t need much help. Everyone was there to have fun. What a party! Good music, great food, and lots of activities for the kids. Horses were very busy. Hope we can go next year.
