Breakfast Strata makes the perfect savory brunch casserole. It’s one of my favorite and it’s beyond easy to whip up. Make it with added protein using Kefir Farmer Cheese dolloped on top. It adds a wonderful creamy, cheese texture you will love. Recipe Below! 👇🏼 6-7 cups premade croissants or sourdough bread (about a 10 oz) cubed into 1 inch chunks. 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped 2 packed cups fresh chopped spinach 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes 6 large eggs 1.5 cup Lifeway Kiefer 1 tsp salt and pepper 1/2 cup farmer cheese Grease a large 9-10 inch skillet. Preheat oven to 350º Add cubed bread or croissants to the skillet. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, bacon, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, Kiefer, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl. Pour over cubed croissants. Mix up well to ensure bread is coated. Add dollops of Farmer Cheese. Bake casserole, uncovered, for 25 minutes. Loosely cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. The casserole is done when browned on the sides and puffy in the center. it will firm up while it cools Remove from the oven, let it cool for at least 10 minute - it will continue to firm up! Serve hot and enjoy.
