It’s a beautiful day to be alive.

Today, I’m choosing to live on purpose. I’m choosing passion over sacrifice. I’m choosing to remember that life isn’t something to survive—it’s something to experience.

I believe we’re here to learn, to create, to love, to explore, and to find joy in the simple miracle of being alive. When we lose sight of that, the soul can begin to feel heavy. We become disconnected from ourselves, and that’s often where depression, hopelessness, and inner chaos begin to grow.

Whenever I find myself in a dark place, I don’t ask what I’m supposed to do. I ask, What brings me joy? Then I move toward it—one small step at a time.

Joy isn’t a luxury. It’s nourishment for the soul.

May today remind you of something that makes your heart come alive.

✨ It’s a beautiful day to be alive. After the passing of my brother I am caused to analyze my own thoughts and reflections daily. I must ask myself consistently, “am I following my hearts desire?” There is this pain…a reminder to do so at every moment so I don’t drown in the truths that surround me. I acknowledge the truths and accept what this world truly is and at the same time, I create my own reality within that space. That is my choice! That is my divine right. To choose life over death and to define what that means to mean as often as I need. May the sun shine from within your heart space and illuminate the darkness of this world in the places where you are CALLED to be. Ase
