ild Starr Coffee House — a unique spot for local coffees, teas, and small bites. You’ll find delicious beverages you’d expect from a top-tier coffee shop, like lattes and cappuccinos, but we have an Alaskan twist: a local syrup. Pick a delicious signature latte like the “Alaskan, which features cardamom and vanilla from Anchorage-based Full Moon Syrup, or the “Tundra,” with local birch syrup. Or opt for a refreshing “Glacier Lemonade” or a matcha smoothie. Wild Starr has a selection of sweets and a charcuterie bar, where you can build your own box. Choose a combination of meat, cheese, nuts or fruit, honey sticks, and a dip or sauce all are locally sourced. We hope you find our little corner to be a welcoming place to visit, relax, create, and connect with friends.
