Paint the Night is Disneyland Park’s nighttime parade spectacular to usher in celebrating the park’s 60th anniversary. The parade is a spiritual successor to the beloved Main Street Electrical Parade as well as utilizing elements from Walt Disney World's own beloved SpectroMagic.Created by Walt Disney Creative Entertainment, directed by Steve Davison, and scored by Mark Hammond, the parade incorporates elaborate, brightly lit floats, a musical score, and many sound effects. The floats are populated with Disney characters and represent scenes from both Disney and Pixar’s animated features. The parade also has a sister version in Hong Kong Disneyland, titled "Disney Paint The Night".
