Ready to spice up your Monday night? 🔥

We have Diana who is hosting a special Pop-Up Couples Class designed to help you connect in a whole new way! If you've been curious but a little nervous, this is the perfect low-pressure environment to dive in.

Here is the lowdown:
Beginner-Friendly: The choreography is simple, repeatable, and modifications are always provided.
Zero Stress for the Guys: Men can breathe a sigh of relief—their only "job" is to sit back, relax, and enjoy the view (with some lap-time, of course). No dance moves required on their part!

Atmosphere is Key: With low lighting and a supportive "safe space" vibe, every couple gets to create their own private bubble.

The Vibe: This session features the sultry sounds of Stephen Rodriguez’s "The Devil Wears Lace."
Whether you’re looking for a unique date night or just want to see your partner in a new light, this class is all about fun and connection.

We spend so much time moving our bodies, but when do we actually let our minds go still? Our Sound Bath class uses meditative frequencies to help reduce stress, improve sleep, and clear out the mental "clutter."
