Shout out to strings! I was recently doing a setup on a student's guitar and the brand new pack of strings had a mangled 3rd string. Not sure if it left the factory that way or was damaged by the shipper. Fortunately I had spare packs here and could finish the restringing, but I contacted Ernie Ball about it afterwards and within a week they sent me a complete replacement pack. Gotta appreciate companies that stand behind their product and go over an above!
