Explore the art of hand balancing and turn your world upside down. After a full body warmup, we'll dive into basic drills preparing to transfer our body weight from our feet to our hands. We'll use assistive equipment to practice proper technique and safe transitions while working through progressive exercises. By the end; all attendees will have the opportunity to channel their inner circus artist and experience trying to stand upside down. Attendees should wear tight fitting clothing.
