What an INCREDIBLE time!!! 🎃A little rain won’t stop us from dancing and spreading joy!

A HUGE thank you to Milford Pumpkin Festival for giving us the opportunity to share our love of dance with this amazing community! And thank you to everyone who participated, came out to cheer us on, and supported us along the way. 🧡

Mom and I are so grateful for each and every one of you. The smiles, the energy, and the community we get to be part of mean more to us than you’ll ever know!

WHAT IS JUNETEENTH?
JUNE TEENTH FREEDOM DAY

Juneteenth is a special day in the United States when we remember and celebrate the freedom of African Americans who were once enslaved. On June 19, 1865, General Gordon Granger arrived in Texas to make the announcement that would change the course of history.

Juneteenth is now celebrated in many parts of the United States, honoring African-American culture. In 2021, the U.S. Congress made it an official federal holiday after the decades-long efforts of Lula Briggs Galloway, Opal Lee, and others.
