Every Great Performance Deserves an ENCORE!

O’Connell & Company proudly presents ENCORE: A Cabaret of Second Chances, a special one-night-only fundraising event celebrating the songs, characters, and performances that stay with us long after the final curtain.

Some roles stay with us forever. Some songs deserve another spotlight. And sometimes, all a performer wants is one more chance to bring a memorable moment back to life.

On Sunday, October 25, some of O’Connell & Company’s favorite performers return to the spotlight to revisit songs from their theatrical past. Perhaps it’s a beloved character they may never have the opportunity to play again, a showstopping number they’ve always wanted to approach differently, or a song that holds a special place in their heart and a story worth sharing.

One night. New perspectives. Old favorites. A whole lot of theatrical magic!

🎲✨ MEET THE CAST: MARIA KREUTINGER ✨🎲
MISS ADELAIDE

It’s our FINAL WEEK of GUYS AND DOLLS, and today we’re putting the spotlight on the fabulous Maria Kreutinger, who brings Miss Adelaide to life!

Maria is thrilled to return to the O’Connell & Company stage, where she was last seen as Jessica Cranshaw in CURTAINS. Favorite roles include SILENCE! The Musical (Clarice), EVIL DEAD THE MUSICAL (Cheryl), AVENUE Q (Mrs. T), PETER PAN (Peter), PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES (Retta), and KNUFFLE BUNNY (Trixie), for which she received an Artie Award.

Maria holds a BFA in Theater and a Master’s in Education from Buffalo State College. And she’s no stranger to Miss Adelaide—it was one of her favorite roles to play in high school, long, long ago…when God was a boy. 😂

When Maria isn’t performing, she’s a teacher, realtor, mom to Winifred and Ernie, and—in her own words—an all-around hot mess. ❤️

And the critics agree that Maria is one Hot Box worth seeing!

⭐ “Maria Kreutinger is perfection on every level.”
— Buffalo Rising
