What if you are right on time??

I’ve spent much of my life feeling behind and like I’m falling short of other people’s expectations. 😫

This has led me to rush, overcompensate, and throw my nervous system out of whack in my attempts to be ENOUGH.

Then, because I’m operating out of alignment, I lose confidence and my sense of self, and it can become a vicious cycle. 🌊

Living in a society that glorifies overwork, hustle, and exhaustion can make it feel like a failure to slow down.

That’s how it feels to me.

When I can linger in intentional slowness, when I can lean into my own steadiness regardless of what’s happening around me, it feels SO GOOD!! 🙌🙌🙌

SOLID. Aligned.

So I’m doing what it takes to unravel those historical patterns and learn to live at MY pace.

Nature doesn’t rush or force anything. Why should we? 🌱🌷🐝
