I’ve been making some different glass items lately! 🔥🔗

Playing around with chain links & geometric forms is a fun challenge! Still in the re-learning curve…

Every time I’m at the glass torch, it feels like a process of remembering.

I took a bunch of years off after having a baby - she’s now 8 - as it often happens.

Then I was back at it for a while, then another unintentional hiatus while starting Phoenix Heart Healing (now in its 5th year!).

It’s so interesting now having some consistency in creating with hot glass again.

There are some ways that everything flows and feels really smooth a satisfying, and then there are unexpected challenges that arise, too.

It’s like being a beginner but with 30 years of experience! 😆 Wild!!

I’m enjoying the process and the opportunity to be patient with myself. I know I can always use that practice!

As su!cide awareness month comes to a close, I’m realizing that it’s been just about 3 years since I had the honor of giving a TEDx talk about some dark times from my past.

There were times that it didn’t feel worth it to stay.

That I didn’t feel worth it to stay.

I followed the breadcrumbs…art, poetry, moments of belonging…and later, deep healing (a lifelong process)…

And I made it through.

I want you to know that I’m really glad you’re here.

No matter how imperfect you are, no matter what mistakes or choices you’ve made, or the things that have happened to you…

YOU are worthy of staying. 💓 Right now, just as you are.

I’ve sold out the Breathwork Ceremony in my town, in my space, for the first time ever!! 🙌🤩

To me, this represents something so much bigger than having 10 amazing people coming tomorrow.

I mean, yes, that IS amazing, don’t get me wrong.

But this also reflects the growth I’ve been steadily making as a solo business owner over the past 4+ years.

Gaining traction and building community and credibility in an area where a lot of folks look at me sideways if I say I’m an energy healer.

Sometimes they’ll even run the other way…

So in the past couple years of offering this particular journey, the Sacred Balance Breathwork Ceremony, I’ve had quite varied attendance. Zero to I think 8 at the most.

This is a reflection of what’s been growing, sometimes imperceptibly, for a long time.

AND this also helps give me hope for humanity.

The fact that 10 humans are saying yes to diving deep, clearing their sh #, and manifesting their visions for the benefit of ALL beings is pretty freaking incredible when it comes down to it.

So I am here, grateful, humbled, and hopeful.

Ready to guide the journey tomorrow and all the other ones to come.
