The inspections are beneficial to buyers so they have a better idea of the physical/mechanical condition of the property before purchasing it. These inspections are often required by banks when applying for mortgages. RJS Home Services does not currently offer mold nor radon inspections. Be sure to hire an inspector that is certified by the State of Kansas when hiring those types of inspections.

If you have one of these back-up generators, it's a real good time to get them serviced and inspected for proper operation before old man winter arrives. I wish I would have bought and installed one of these when we built our home in 2003. They only cost about $1500 back then with all the needed connections included. They are $5-$10k now depending on the size.

Gutter screens are wonderful! They keep tree debris and items from clogging up your gutters and downspouts.

BUT, they have to be cleaned off several times a year, they are not maintenance free.

This home had many tree limbs overhanging the roof of the house. They were not touching the roof surface, but had dropped a lot of nuts, limbs and leaves onto the roof. The first picture shows the pile on the deck below the plugged up gutter in the second picture.
