Our next breakaway is Tuesday, May 19th!

We’re going to change things up a little. After some feedback, we are going to move the “Novice” to run congruent with “Youth” rather than the Open. The flyer has been updated. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have comments or suggestions!

Let’s BREAKAWAY!!

We’re looking forward to a great season.All dates are subject to change or cancellation.

Rather than a season-end prize, we’re going to create a little side pot for Ropers that come to 4+ events AND the final event in October. This will be for the Novice and the Open respectively.

All events will feature an electric eye barrier.
Novice, Open: clean bell collar catch only. Youth, loop must pass over the head first.

UPDATE 5/19:

Youth & Novice will run first, together.

We will pay fast time in each round for the open, as well as in the youth and the novice if we have more than 10 entries per contest. Fast time pay will be equal to entry fee for each contest.

If there are no qualified times in the short go, payout will be on 2 head.

Please be sure to help push your cattle out of the arena. Support each other and offer help to your fellow competitors, especially our youth and novice. Be kind to the help around the arena, and we welcome helpful suggestions. We are grateful to everyone who comes out and makes these events happen, and we are always looking to grow and improve.
