Lee County Fair & 4-H Show Join us for the annual Lee Co. Also, Lee County Fairgrounds is a great place to host both private and public events.

Fair & 4-H Show the last full weekend of July complete with an open show (non-livestock) and affordable old-fashioned county fair. Located on Rt 30, less than a mile east of Rt 52, the Lee County 4-H Center is a great place to host events or visit events hosted by others. The main attraction of every year is the Lee County 4-H Fair & Jr. Show which brings people from all over the state to see youn

Have you taken care of your Jr. Show check yet? We are baffled every year by the amount of premium money left on the table because checks aren't deposited. 😮

So here's your first reminder -- go to your bank and take care of your premium check! You worked for that money; reap the benefit.

Checks are good for 90 days. Your bank may not honor the check after 90 days.

At tonight's after fair picnic, the board awarded the 2026 Friend of the Fair award to Dave Shaw of Amboy. Dave has worked the morning shift at the front gate for 15 years. He knows everyone, knows everything about Saturday at the fair and sends everyone on with a smile. We are so grateful to have such a dedicated individual choose the fair as a place to invest his time. Thank you Dave!!

If we aren't physically in the office, we are some where on the grounds.
