Here are the official times, place and rules:

July 17 - Amarillo, TX - Don Harrington Discovery Center, 1200 Streit Drive.

What to Bring to the Audition
You MUST bring two forms of ID to show proof of your age and a photograph (for example, a birth certificate and driver's license or a birth certificate and a passport or a birth certificate and a school ID card).

Everyone participating in the IDOL™ Bus Auditions must also bring a completed Personal Release."

Contestants should show up at 6:00 AM. They will start registering them around 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM and auditions will start at 9:00 AM.
