Good morning LSB Guild members!

The BALL is one week from today!!
Here are your volunteer opportunities:

Wed (19th) 5:30 load the truck behind the ballet.

Thurs (20th) 9:00-12:00 and/or 1:00-5:00 set up at the civic center Heritage Room.

Friday (21st) 9:00-12:00 and/or 1:00-5:00 set up at the civic center Heritage Room.

Sunday (23rd) 9:00-12:00 clean up and move out!

If you offered to work the Sales Booth DURING the ball, I have reached out to you individually today! If you have not heard from me today, please text me (806-681-2138) as I have forgotten that we discussed this!!

Nutcracker Ball is Saturday, November 18th!
We have very few tables still available.
Our theme is all about ART and we’ve collaborated with the WT Art Program this year!! The students are designing our backdrop featuring panels of Andy Warhol style Nutcrackers with these panels being available for purchase!!!! It will be an incredible opportunity to own a once-in-a-lifetime masterpiece that benefits BOTH the ballet AND the WT Art Program!
