Customer sent this all the way from California wanted it cleaned inside and out but we took it further not only cleaned it inside out replace the joystick from any drifts backed it back up and sent it back

Customer had a fan issue was making a loud rattling noise tore apart found the fan had broken so you know what we do here tear completely apart cleaned it inside and out and Reuther cooling fan

Sometimes in this line of work, whether it’s personal projects or repairs for a customer, you run into situations that are beyond your current knowledge or equipment. Unfortunately, I recently had a PS5 repair that I spent about four days troubleshooting, and despite my best efforts, I couldn’t fully figure out the issue or properly verify every component with the tools I currently have.

At the end of the day, I believe in taking full accountability. I contacted the customer directly, explained the situation honestly, and did my best to make things right. Customer service and trust mean everything to me, and I always aim for that 5-star experience.

I completely understand if this situation may not reflect perfectly on me, but I want everyone to know that I will always be upfront, honest, and willing to take responsibility when things don’t go as planned. I’m constantly learning, improving, and investing into better knowledge and equipment so I can continue providing the best service possible.

I truly appreciate everyone who supports my business, trusts me with their repairs, and understands that sometimes growth comes through difficult situations.

did a complete teardown of Super Mario World, cleaned it inside and out, and retrobrited the cartridge to bring it back to life as well.

Nothing leaves the shop without getting gone through top to bottom.

Had the pleasure of bringing this Super Nintendo Entertainment System back to life for a customer. Customer stated the video would come on but was heavily distorted.

Did a full teardown, deep cleaned everything, recapped the entire board, retrobrited the shell, replaced missing labels, and fully tested it to verify everything is working 100%.

Also serviced and cleaned up their copy of Super Mario World while I had it on the bench.

Nothing leaves the shop without getting gone through top to bottom.
