Happy Friday from Alva Oaks Farm!

Thank you all so much for the kind words and support—it truly means a lot. Lily and I are having an absolute blast with this new adventure.

What started as a simple idea—buying a rental property or maybe tackling a fix-and-flip—quickly turned into something much bigger.

After weathering 3 hurricanes in the last 4 years, we’ve definitely gotten our hands dirty learning how to rebuild and renovate. So naturally, we thought… “let’s do it again.”

But then we found Alva Oaks.

Three homes
Over 4 acres
Massive old-growth oak trees
Lush tropical surroundings

…and the kicker?

They were already beautifully renovated and actively running as successful Airbnb & VRBO rentals. No major projects. No heavy lifting. Just an opportunity we couldn’t pass up.

So instead of starting with a hammer in hand, we get to start with something even better—hosting, growing, and dreaming about what this place can become.
