Leading up to our fair, our Fair Queen Catie is going to showcase some of her recent events. Catie has had some great opportunities to promote our fair over time the last few months. Stay tuned to see what all Catie has been up to!

This past summer has been full of exciting events. To start the 2026 fair season I was invited to the Clearfield Queen Coronation on Friday July 17th. They had 9 contestants. It was nice meeting and talking with thr young women competing for the crown. Our own Gary Long was a judge. Congratulations to thier new fair Queen, Brooke Mihalko.

We heard your requests to bring back our delicious Ham Pot Pie to the Sinking Valley Farm Show... and we did! 🙌

Ham Pot Pie will be available Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday during this year's fair, September 15–19.

⚠️ Please note: Only a limited amount will be available each day, so make sure you get yours before it's gone!

On Tuesday, March 24, 2026, I had the opportunity to attend the Huntingdon County Farm Bureau banquet and represent our community. Being able to meet and talk to people like the President of Pennsylvania Farm Bureau Chris Hoffman, Kelly Fedeli from Senator Judy Ward's office, Regional Organization Director Joe Diamond, and so many members from surrounding FFA Chapters.

I was so happy to have the opportunity to share some updates on what I have been up to so far and also what the Sinking Valley Farm Show has been up to. Being able to advocate for agriculture as the Sinking Valley Farm Show Queen is one of the biggest honors, and I am thankful to those who invited me out to the banquet!
