Alton Village Centre is offering space available. Office retail is what we are looking for. I was away and I was talking with someone on a golf set up. Somehow we lost track of you. Very competitive pricing and all new spaces.

Hello everyone!

Our new parking lot lighting is up and now running. It is ultra efficient LED Dark Sky lighting. They are also 3000K color. That means it is a warmer color. They are really amazing! To compare look at the lights the Central School installed last year. We are very happy with how it looks. Special thanks to Bayside Concrete Mark and Bob and Mike Soucy for their help.
I also must mention please enter our parking lot correctly! That means the correct side, driving slowly. Watch for children please! As well as pedestrians, this is a down town walking centre. The Master plan of our town encouraged this type of development in our down town. Fyi the master plan is devoloped by taxpayers who choose to get involved. This is also a working construction site.
