THANK YOU for another fantastic Night Market on Broadway season! We love hanging with all our besties and enjoying the live music, vendors, art, and local camaraderie generated every Thursday night. A special thank you to all our volunteers, local businesses, and 3rd street community members who are so supportive of this fun summer event, all the fab local bands who grace our stage, and of course our Sponsors who make this and other events possible! Whatchoo doing tonight? Join us for the LAST Night Market of 2026? The Yacht Rockers play in the green space next to CatDaddy's Tavern Alton from 7-10, bringing all that smooth 80’s soft rock. Hungry? Big Boys Q is set up next to the info booth or wander into any surrounding establishment for food and drink specials. Got some cash you need to spend? Take a turn down Sugar Alley and check out the local artisan vendors. Need a family-friendly distraction for the kiddos? Stroll over to Jacoby Arts Center to see a wheel throwing demo and make some art. Local retailers like Coco+Oak, Olive Oil Marketplace, and Mooneyham Art are open late, too. It’s the perfect night to start your weekend a little early and enjoy the break in the heat(78 degrees at 7! Woohoo!)🌙🎶🎸

Night Market isn't the only fun thing to check off your list in Downtown Alton on Thursday nights! Retailers on Broadway like Honeybee Vintage and Elysian Gallery & Café stay open late and offer even more local artisans and art option to shop from (plus Elysian is now offering coffee drinks!) Restaurants like Bluff City Grill, Gentelin's on Broadway, Good News Brewing Company- Alton, and The Old Bakery Beer Company offer terrific menus for dining options before heading down to 3rd Street for the band. Stop in and help our small businesses compete with the big box stores!

Alton, are you ready to get your YACHT ROCKED? Thursday is our last Night Market of the Summer 😭 We're going out with a bang as we welcome The Yacht Rockers to the stage from 7-10pm! Join us to enjoy diabolically smooth 80's yacht rock faves, local artisan and hip thrift vendors, surrounding local retailers open late for all your shopping needs, drink and food specials in our downtown businesses, and local art galleries offering fun activities and local art! Maybe by then, the sun will stop trying to kill us? 🌞

We're gonna be vibing with The Vibe tomorrow night from 7-10pm. Come join us! Night Market on Broadway is a completely free event every Thursday in June and July on 3rd Street in beautiful Downtown Alton. In addition to the band, you can shop from a collection of hand made, vintage, and hip thrift vendors lining the alley behind the band, enjoy a bite or a beverage from one of our surrounding establishments, peruse nearby retailers who stay open late on Thursday nights, or hop over to State Street to enjoy local art! We'll see you there 🤩🌙✨🎶

Got the Sunday Scaries? You only have to make it to Thursday this week, then join us to kick off the weekend a little early at Night Market on Broadway! The Vibe is bringing their high energy classic rock show to 3rd Street in Downtown Alton this week and we host dozens of vendors in Sugar Alley from the Welcome Center down to Morrison's. This event is FREE every Thursday in June and July! Many of our surrounding small biz retailers stay open late and you can enjoy eateries and bars with great food and drink specials each week. Plus there's art activities, a second band, and more fun at Jacoby Arts Center and Mooneyham Art over on State Street, too. You can make it to Thursday - we believe in you! 🤩🌙✨🎶

There are only three Night Markets left this summer 😭 You'd better get down here and enjoy Crystal Lady this Thursday from 7-10pm! There's so many amazing vendors lining Sugar Ally with a wide variety of super cool hand crafted, vintage, or hip thrift items. Plus surrounding retail businesses stay open late on Thursdays! Grab a drink or dinner from one of the surrounding eateries, and then stop by the Downtown art galleries for free activities and even more music. Night Market is a whole VIBE! 🥹
