· Backpacks and coolers are subject to inspection
· NO Pets (except service dogs)
· NO bicycles, skateboards, or scooters
· NO firearms or weapons
· NO alcoholic beverages brought to fairgrounds or parking lots
· NO smoking in barns, buildings or museums

UNDER 36” – no rides
Limited rides 36” – 48”

Now that Harvest Festival is wrapped up, I thought I’d pop in with a little reminder of my own…

🎄 Very FAIRy Christmas Village is coming December 5 & 12! 🎄

I know, I know. It’s only September. But up at the North Pole, we believe it’s never too early to put something magical on the calendar. 😉

Well… we waited around for one last kiss. 💋💀

And just like that, another Harvest Festival at the Altamont Fairgrounds is in the books.

Thank you to everyone who came out this weekend to sip, shop, eat, explore, listen, laugh and spend a beautiful fall weekend with us at the Altamont Fairgrounds.

And a huge thank you to the w**eries, distilleries, vendors, food trucks, entertainers, volunteers and everyone behind the scenes who made the weekend possible.

We loved having you here. 🍂

☔ Don’t let the rain change your Sunday plans!

Yes, it’s raining — but there’s still plenty happening at the Harvest Festival at the Altamont Fairgrounds today. 🍂

The good news? There is a whole lot to enjoy.

🛍️ About 90% of our vendors are indoors
🎃 The kids play area is indoors
👻 The Haunted Farmhouse is indoors
🍷 Tastings are still happening
🍴 There’s still plenty to eat, shop, sip and explore
🐶 Homeward Bound Dog Rescue of New York will be here with puppies
🎵Guilty Pleasure is taking the stage at noon.

Unfortunately, due to the weather, we will not have the car show, horse-drawn carriage rides, or the petting zoo. And the Helderwitches said they were afraid they might melt - so they will not be joining us today.

Grab your rain jacket (or pick up a poncho at the Country Store), throw on some shoes that can handle a puddle or two, and come spend your Sunday with us. ☔🍁

The Harvest Festival at the Altamont Fairgrounds is officially underway!

Come sip your way through w**eries, cideries, distilleries and more. Sample something delicious. Shop the vendors. Grab some food. Catch live music. Take a horse-drawn carriage ride. Explore the haunted attraction. Meet adoptable dogs. And keep wandering — because there’s a lot happening around the Fairgrounds this weekend.

The pumpkins are out. The vendors are getting ready. The w**e is chilling. The horses are ready to roll. And somewhere, we assume, the witches are practicing their moves. 🧙‍♀️

After all the sneak peeks, there’s really only one thing left to do:

Just your average day at the Harvest Festival at the Altamont Fairgrounds … until the witches show up. 🧙‍♀️

The HelderWitches are returning to Altamont with their brooms, their moves and a little bit of magic.

Catch them performing throughout the Harvest Festival at the Altamont Fairgrounds as part of the live entertainment happening around the Fairgrounds.

Because apparently shopping, sipping, eating, carriage rides, cars and adoptable dogs weren't quite enough. We needed dancing witches, too. 😂
