🏆 STATE FINAL QUALIFIER 🏆

Congratulations to Brock Wendling on qualifying for the IHSA Class 1A State Track & Field Finals in Shot Put! Brock earned his spot at state with a huge personal-best throw of 15.97m (52-4.75), placing him 7th among all state qualifiers!

Brock will compete Saturday, May 30th at Eastern Illinois University’s O’Brien Field, and we could not be more proud of the hard work, dedication, and determination he has shown throughout the season.

Good luck at State, Brock — the entire community will be cheering you on! 🔥💪

Well yesterday was the start of parade season for the Altamont Schuetzenfest king and queen canidates starting with the Altamont Memorial Day Parade. We want to take a moment to introduce our candidates. Also, you can come see our candidates at our next parade July 18th for the Beecher City Corn Fest.
