📢 RACETRACK PROMOTER PROPOSALS BEING ACCEPTED 🏁

The Buena Vista County Fair Board is announcing that our current racetrack promoter lease is coming to an end, and we are now accepting proposals from all interested parties for the 2027 season.

Individuals or organizations interested in serving as the racetrack promoter at the Buena Vista County Fairgrounds are invited to prepare and submit a proposal for consideration by the Fair Board.

Proposals should include information about your experience, plans for promoting and operating racing events, proposed race schedule, financial/lease proposal, and any other information you feel would be beneficial for the Board to consider.

The Fair Board will review all proposals submitted by the deadline before making a decision regarding the future operation and promotion of the racetrack.

The time has come for yet another Iowa State fair, and we are proud to have Hannah Brown representing Buena Vista County! 🎡

Hannah will make the trek down to Des Moines tomorrow to spend time with the other county fair queens in the great state of Iowa. Throughout the week, Hannah will attend multiple workshops, community service events, and create long lasting memories and friendships. ✨

Hannah, as you spend your week at the state fair, we wish you nothing but the best. Have fun, be yourself, and enjoy every moment. 🤍
