The Granada Theatre

The Granada Theatre Alpine’s Premiere Event Center since 1929
Music, Weddings & More

The historic Granada Theatre has undergone extensive remodeling and updating to create a state of the art Performance and Events Center serving the Alpine community and the Trans Pecos Region. The Granada’s current incarnation encompasses not only music and theatrical performance but also provides a facility for community and private events. The Theatre complex offers several different configurati

ons which can serve functions for twenty to over four hundred attendees. The main room offers state of the art lights and sound, a stage, rest room facilities for the handicapped and a full catering kitchen. The facility also has another state of the art system; the HVAC system is more than adequate in providing heat or air conditioning to the entire facility and is of the quiet type commonly utilized in hospitals.

Close your eyes for a second. 🌙

You're standing in Kishmish Plaza. The air is cooling. The band is playing something that makes your chest ache in the best way. You're holding a drink you discovered twenty minutes ago from a Texas distiller whose name you're going to remember forever. Someone next to you is dancing. The Davis Mountains are silhouettes against a sky that's gone purple and gold.

That's what Friday night at Spirits of the West feels like. And Saturday is even bigger.

2 days. Free admission.
