Summer training begins next week at Atlanta Dance Theatre! ☀️

Join us for 3 exciting weeks of inspiring dance training with outstanding master teachers in ballet, pointe, contemporary, variations, strengthening, jazz, and more.
Designed for dedicated dancers looking to continue growing over the summer, our intensives provide focused technical training in a positive, artistic, and encouraging environment.

Senior Spotlight 💫🎓

Clara Rogers is a graduate of Mount Pisgah Christian School where she was a member of National Honor Society, president of the International Thespian Society, and editor for The Liberty Bell school newspaper. Some of her academic honors include the Georgia Certificate of Merit, recognition as a Georgia Governor’s Honors Program finalist, AP Scholar with Honor, and graduating in the top 10% of her class. This fall, Clara will attend the University of South Carolina as part of the Capstone Scholars Program. She plans to double major in dance, as a part of the Betsy Blackmon Dance Company, and biology.

Some of Clara’s favorite roles over the years include Dew Drop, Miss Smee, Sugar Plum, and Cinderella. Her favorite memories are the rush of adrenaline and excitement right before major performances like Nutcracker and RDA as well as the joy of bowing onstage with her friends and soaking in all of the hard work and emotions they shared together. She also loved the fun parties that the senior company had to celebrate their achievements.

Clara, we are so happy for all of your achievements and your time with Atlanta Dance Theatre. You leave behind the legacy of humility, strength and hard work. We couldn’t be more excited to follow along on your journey.

Atlanta Dance Theatre had an incredible trip to Birmingham for the 70th Anniversary Festival of Regional Dance America/Southeast! ✨

We were thrilled to spend the weekend immersed in classes, performances, inspiration, and honored to perform “Imagine” by Autumn Eckman on the Gala performance.

A heartfelt thank you to our Artistic Director, Shelley Grames, for her leadership and vision, and to our incredible dancers whose dedication, passion, and hard work made this experience so meaningful. The memories created and the artistry brought to the stage made us so proud.

Special thanks to for three wonderfully curated performances, we are proud to be a member alongside the amazing companies across the Southeast!

We can’t wait to immerse ourselves in three incredible days of classes, performances, and inspiration alongside dancers from across the region.
