It's all good, baby! I had a great meeting with the Zoning Committee today. They rock! I have some paperwork due in the next 48 hours and, as you can see, the Public Participation meeting is scheduled for May 16th. Thanks for sending good vibes my way! :)

It's a beautiful day in Forsyth County, Georgia! I have my first meeting with the Preliminary Zoning Review Committee to begin the process of getting permitted to open Music in The Hive. Wish me luck! :)

Woohoo! My conditional use permit application has been reviewed and determined to be a complete submittal. Score! The next step is the Preliminary Zoning Review Meeting on May 2nd. I can't wait! :)
