Dance helps children connect—not only perform!

A new peer-reviewed research review suggests that dancing together may help adolescents practice empathy, cooperation, emotional expression and positive peer connection.

At Lua Dance Club, students learn so much more than choreography. They listen to one another, move as a team, celebrate each other’s progress and build friendships through music and movement.

Our recreational, multicultural and noncompetitive classes give every student space to learn, express themselves and feel that they belong.

Because sometimes the most important thing children learn in dance class isn’t a step—it’s how to grow together.

Aerial silks are more than a beautiful activity—they give children a new way to move, create and grow!

A scientific review examining 42 circus-based programs found promising evidence that activities such as aerial arts, acrobatics and balancing may support children’s physical and social-emotional well-being.

At Lua Dance Club, our students learn silks step by step in a joyful and encouraging environment. Every climb, pose and new skill gives them another opportunity to practice strength, focus, perseverance and confidence!

We celebrate every child’s individual progress. No competition—just movement, encouragement, friendship and fun!

Our aerial silks classes begin at age 4. Interested in trying something different for your child? Text 412-900-8078 to ask about a trial class.
