Yoga is coming to Abstract beginning May 27th!
Join Shelby on Wednesdays at 7pm at Abstract Aerial Academy in Allentown for an all-levels Ashtanga-inspired flow focused on:
* strength
* flexibility
* balance
* stamina
** breath & body awareness
Expect a supportive class atmosphere where you can challenge yourself, connect with your body, and move with your breath-building both physical strength and a deeper sense of grounding & calming. Whether you’re a total beginner or more advanced, you’ll be encouraged to meet yourself where you are.

Kaity is a passionate aerial artist, originally from Ann Arbor, Michigan and former NCAA Gymnast, who has been performing on the biggest stages around the world for the past 6 years, coming to Allentown to lead her signature Aerial Workshops.

Kaity is also trained in Pilates, and her workshops include a specific warm up rooted in Pilates principles to activate key muscle groups, improve body awareness and mobility, to prepare for aerial work.

Whether you are curious to try an apparatus for the first time, or already have a solid foundation and are eager to refine your skills, this workshop is structured to meet you where you are.
