Earlier this week I had a very candid and emotional conversation with for his show, which his post below so eloquently explains. It airs today 4-6pm EST.

The second pic here is on my wedding day in Nov 2018; just a couple months before my dad’s official diagnosis. So much has happened since then, my head is still reeling, but this conversation helped me process, so thank you Josh. I hope it helps others as well.

Saturday July 18th we will be airing an interview from earlier this week with Mona from regarding the comp LP coming out to benefit the which is something very near to me. In 2017 my family lost my grandfather Harold to this horrific disease of the mind. Mona was kind and brave enough to be vulnerable to share her family’s own story which led to the creation of this album “The Longest Day - A Benefit for the Alzheimer's Association” where 100% of the proceeds to to the association. The album features music from and many more. I’m beyond honored to bring this powerful discussion to you all tomorrow. The show airs from 4-6pm EST on 91.7 fm for those of you in Eastern PA.
