Our GLOW Day Celebration for Women’s History Month was absolutely beautiful. 💐✨ We were honored to celebrate resilient women with a day filled with pampering, photos, encouragement, laughter, sisterhood, and the genuine connection in the room, it was truly a celebration of strength, healing, and grace.

To every woman who joined us, thank you for allowing us to celebrate your journey and the beauty of who you are. Your wisdom, resilience, and light made this day incredibly meaningful. You reminded us that every stage of womanhood deserves to be seen, honored, and cherished.

April Riddick is a passionate community advocate dedicated to equity, housing stability, youth advocacy, and mental health in the Lehigh Valley. Through her work in public service and on the ground in the community, she amplifies the voices of underserved residents, champions strong youth programs, raises awareness around homelessness and housing insecurity, and stands in the gap for vulnerable families and neighborhoods.

April brings a strong justice lens, deep local knowledge, and a big heart for making sure every youth, creatives, and every community member has the opportunity to thrive.

This Women’s History Month, we honor women like April who show up, stand up, and keep fighting for community, dignity, and opportunity for all.

From Jamaica to Brooklyn to the Lehigh Valley, Jacinth has been building against the odds – turning pain into purpose, purpose into stories, and stories into legacy. She created InnaStar so creatives, youth, and our Golden Stars (ages 60+) would have a true “Home of the Creative” — a place to heal, grow, and shine.

Through her vision, InnaStar now runs youth filmmaking labs, GLOW Confidence and On-Camera Confidence workshops, International Creative Exchange, our Holiday Giveaway Celebration, and the annual InnaStar Trailblazer Awards — where culture, community, and creativity meet on one stage.

She is a filmmaker, author, mentor, mother, and builder of community — proving that when a woman refuses to quit, entire generations shift.

This Women’s History Month, we celebrate not only Jacinth, but every woman who kept building when it was lonely… who kept creating when resources were low… who kept showing up even when the door wasn’t open yet… who built tables when doors were closed… and who chose legacy over limitation.
