Zumba with Sally

Zumba with Sally I offer two classes each week: Wednesday evenings at 6 pm and Saturday mornings at 10:00 am. I think we all strive to feel better, look better, be better.

I love sharing what I am doing as well as being inspired by others who are making healthy choices.
