This week I’ve had the pleasure of traveling to Verona, Italy to take part in , the world’s largest wine exhibition and trade fair. Thanks to the Italian American Chamber of Commerce in LA I’ve had the opportunity to take part in seminars to expand my wine knowledge, meet with wine producers from across Italy, and taste regional food and wine pairings.
I’m excited to bring this knowledge experience home to Trattoria Trullo and can’t wait to share more of Italy’s oenophilia and gastronomy with Orange County!
