Heavy metals, deserts, mountains, seas, forests and over 1000 hours playing with colors so I’ll never forget the peace and growth which comes directly from quiet observation creating in nature.

Over 200 paintings reproduced at actual size created in a simple cigar box over the first 2 years living in Catalunya, Spain. Pocket sized. 360 pages FAT FULL and cheap.

May it bring you inspiration to join me outside in nature, painting whatever the hell you want because Plein Air has never been about landscapes, it’s the lost art of study from life, not photographs. Add it to your skillset and be forever blessed. It’s a choice, not a genre. Every day I paint from life I remember things more clearly, live fuller, and struggle less in the studio so I may play at full capacity.

With an introduction from director of the Barcelona Academy of Art, and words from , a rant from myself, behind the scenes, close up details, and process.

Distributed by the lovely folks at for the US and Canada, and the great spirits over at and for Europe and the rest of the world.

NOW OPEN! Step through the garden gate and into a world where nature slips beautifully into the realm of the imagined. Lindsey Kustusch’s "Outside the Garden Gate" is a celebration of color, movement, and the quiet wonder found in the wild.

There is something dreamlike in these works, where flowers bloom beyond the expected, birds seem to pause mid-story, and forests become places of mystery and possibility.

Come wander through the whimsy, beauty, and wildness of Kustusch’s world. 🌿
