Happy Coaches Day! 🖤💚

To the ones who show up before the first practice and stay after the last one. You’ve counted 5-6-7-8 more times than anyone should, wiped tears, celebrated small wins, and built athletes who know they’re capable of big things.

Thank you for pouring into our athletes and for being family to each other along the way. HTAS wouldn’t be HTAS without you.

Here’s to the early mornings, late nights, and the countless hours behind every routine. We see you and we appreciate you and we love you!!! ❤️ 💚🖤

🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month 🎀

We are always thinking of the survivors, the fighters, the families who stand beside them, and the loved ones we’ve lost. You are seen, you are loved, and you are never alone.

💗 Schedule your mammogram.
💗 Do your self-checks.
💗 Check in on the women in your life and encourage them to do the same.

Early detection saves lives. Share this with someone who needs the reminder. 🩷

Today We Remember 🇺🇸

On this day, we pause to honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001. We remember the first responders who ran toward danger, the passengers who fought back, and the families forever changed. Twenty-five years later, their courage and sacrifice still shape who we are as a nation.

Never forget. 🕊️

🎉 CALLING ALL HOT TOPIC ALL STARS ALUMNI!

Remember the fun, the ties, the “5-6-7-8,” and the friendships that started it all? We want YOU back on the mat.

IT’S BEEN 20 YEARS, Y’ALL.

Twenty years since Hot Topic All Stars first opened its doors in 2006, and we are throwing a Season 20 celebration performance you do NOT want to miss and we need our OG athletes, dancers included to help us bring it home.

📢 ALUMNI, ARE YOU IN?
✅ Ages 17+
✅ Any HTAS athlete or dancer, any year, any team
✅ Yes, we know it’s been a minute we don’t care, get your sneakers ready 😏

📅 Friday, September 25th
⏰ 7:00 PM
📍 Hot Topic All Stars — 5703 General Washington Dr, Suite D-E, Alexandria, VA 22312

We’re prepping a special alumni performance for our Season 20 show — because 20 years doesn’t happen without the athletes who built this program from the ground up. We want to see you back where it all started, cheering shoulder to shoulder with the family that made you who you are.

You still got it. We know you do. 💪🔥

Come laugh, reminisce, hit some motions, and remind everyone why HTAS has been home since 2006. This is going to be FUN.

👉 Drop a 💚 in the comments if you’re in, tag your fellow alumni, and let’s make Season 20 one for the history books!

See you on the mat family! Practices are going to be so much FUNNNNN‼️
