At Get To The Pointe Ballet Academy, we go beyond teaching choreography. We teach dancers how to build the strength, control, and technique needed for long-term success.

In this clip, Camille is working on Deep Core Stability Training, targeting the transverse abdominis—the deep core muscles essential for:
