Premarital coaching: learning to dance can be a vulnerable space because you are learning something new that is out of your comfort zone and will soon be in the spotlight with lights, camera, action! The lessons are a form of premarital coaching because they test your teamwork, cooperation and unity. It’s our job to make the lessons easy and emotionally safe.

Our couples say they wish they started earlier and took more lessons so they could enjoy the experience as a romantic date night instead of a tax on their nervous system, which is already stressed by wedding planning.
