☀️ SUMMER KICKOFF ☀️
Nothing says the start of summer like firing up the grill and chilling with friends. Today, I took a page out of my girl cookbook, literally!
Raffy (who you’ll see alongside me on 100 Cooks!) taught me her incredible Brazilian rib recipe. While she usually makes it with beef, I switched things up and used pork ribs instead. The secret? Ultimate simplicity. It’s just meat, tons of garlic, salt, and pepper.
Following her masterclass advice, I cooked them low and slow at 300°F for 3 to 4 hours. The result? Absolute fall-off-the-bone perfection. Don’t get me wrong, the grilled sausages and chicken were great, but these ribs were hands-down the star of the show.
This recipe is officially on heavy rotation for the rest of the season. Will 100% be making these again very soon! 🍖🔥
