deja vue’s words of wisdom.

in elementary school i remember always praying asking god to give me wisdom. i wanted to be wise like solomon; i still want to be wise like solomon. anywho here are some of my words of wisdom, i started to write these to help motivate me throughout the quarter and to push through during some of the hard times of becoming a chiropractor. i wouldn’t trade this journey for anything.

que bed peace by .

honestly during this time of quarantine i’ve been really still. living in the present and trying to just be, for once in my life. growing up i realized that society as we know it is really fast paced at an early age. we don’t always get to enjoy the simply things in life, or at least find one thing within our chaos to be grateful for. today i am grateful for music, and the peace i feel when listening to it.

“That love is ours to make so we should make it
Everything else can wait
The time is ours to take so we should take it”

“chiropractic is all about restoring the connection between your brain and body. The brain receives information about your surroundings from your body. It then uses and interprets this information in order to make decisions... When a misalignment occurs, it leads to abnormal function of the surrounding joints and tissues. This abnormal function can eventually lead to malfunction (poor gait patterns, visceral issues, degeneration) which can ultimately lead to dis-ease of the nervous system. Put the safety pin back together and everything is allowed to flow unhindered. The system becomes at ease again.”
