Hiiiiiiiii! 🤗 After 2.5 years of reading, writing papers, zoom meetings, presentations, exams and evaluations… I am done. As of June 30th, I have a Master in Marriage and Family Therapy. 🎉🎓🥂
I am so proud of this accomplishment and I also can’t believe I did it and I am now (finally) feeling recovered from the stress and exhaustion of doing all the things. 😮‍💨📚
In my post-graduate era (!), I am rediscovering creating and painting as a way to relax and decompress. 🎨 I haven’t had the energy or mental capacity to do that for the past 1.5 years. I’ve missed it more than I realized. 🥹
So I am over here, taking it one day at a time, adjusting to being a therapist who is also an artist. It feels amazing. ❤️
