Want to hear both traditional and upbeat contemporized folk music, listen to live storytellers, and spend some time on the dance floor moving gracefully to the beat? The Albuquerque Folk Festival is all that and more. Plan to be at the Albuquerque Folk Festival on September 26, 2026 at the National Hispanic Cultural Center. Plan to stay the whole day!

⭐ This year's Kids Tent is going to be jam packed with activities! From hula dancing to silly songs, we'll have activities for kiddos of all ages to enjoy.

In addition to the Kids Tent, we'll be hosting a Musical Instrument Petting Zoo with Casey Mráz from 10am-4pm. Circus clown Billy Bellhop will be near the front gates from 10-11am, Stilt-Walker Erin McMullin will be moseying around campus and we'll have face painting near the kids tent from 12:30-2pm and on the lawn near the Courtyard Stage from 5-6pm!

Spark an interest in your kids while introducing them to a wide range of folk traditions in music, song and dance!
