Happy Autumn, and happy flood irrigation day at the farm! What an unexpected boon, ditch water coming on a dry day between pretty epic rainstorms. We’ll take it, after the summer we’ve had… We harvested a bounty of watermelons today as well, in surprising quantities for an experiment - 600+ lbs! Every season has its highs and lows and weird failures and unexpected successes. Certainly keeps things interesting!

First CSA share of the summer! It’s fun to kick it off with a bounty of veg, and we’re delighted to have so many faithful members plus a lot of new faces this year. Thanks for the trust and the excitement!

It’s been such a nice spring into early summer, with cooler and wetter weather. We’re in a heat wave now, but today gave us a little monsoon rain too so no complaints!

New stickers & t-shirt drop! Our farm is q***r centered, which maybe goes without saying, but may as well say it. Happy Pride!

This year’s t-shirt honors Strider, our beloved Muscovy Duck who was the guardian of the pond, friend to wild mallards, and unequivocally a q***r icon. 👏 RIP

Huge shoutout to Alberto for the sticker & t-shirt designs & for the awesome print job!

New stickers & shirts available at the next market. 🙌
