As the studio reopens, for the safety of the clientele and staff, proof of vaccination is required prior to entering the premises. Without proof of vaccination, a negative COVID test from 72 hours/3 calendar days prior to the appointment must be provided to enter the premises and a mask must be worn.

in 1803, Marbury v Madison was decided. This case established the principle of judicial review in the United States, meaning that American courts have the power to strike down laws, statutes and some government actions that are in conflict with the U.S. Constitution. The Court rendered a 4-0 decision against Marbury. Chief Justice John Marshall wrote the Court's opinion.
